Atalon Wines reflect a modern understanding of farming Napa’s rugged mountains and valleys for the most balanced and expressive wines. Drawing fruit from selected vineyards, the wines are a composite of vineyards stretching from the rolling hills of Napa-Carneros in the south to the peaks of Howell Mountain in the north. Atalon is dedicated to the true essence and flavor of the Napa Valley, a distinction defined by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Opaque dark ruby in color. Flavors of black cherry, blackberry and black currant lead into cocoa powder, spice and integrated oak nuances. The wine has great depth and a richness to the black fruit flavors. The mouthfeel is soft and velvety with a lengthy finish highlighted by refined tannins.

Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Displays notes of bright grapefruit, citrus and lemon grass with a solid backbone of minerality. The palate is lively and fresh with gooseberry, lemon grass and bright citrus laid overtop hints of tropical and stone fruit is refreshing wine.

Pauline’s Cuvee 2012

Merlot and Cabernet Franc lead the way to a supple wine with lots of character. Dark Ruby in color. Aromatic notes of black cherry, blackberry, plum, currant, integrated sweet oak, cinnamon and clove spices and shaved milk chocolate. It has a delicate entry with great depth and balance. Named in honor of the winery’s matriarch Pauline. A classic Right Bank Bordeaux blend of 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 2.5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2.5% Malbec
