Aviary Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Bolder fruit flavors of blueberry, blackberry, strawberry and black tea. Balanced oak flavors of leather and tobacco seem layered into the tannins as the bigger texture moves from rich to elegant on the palate. A long lush finish that has become a signature of Aviary’s house style.

Folktale Winery Golden  Chardonnay 2016

Golden yellow hue is like liquid gold. Classic tropical and stone fruit aromas of peaches, pineapple, papaya, apricot and banana with notes of lemon zest, orange blossom and  vanilla cream.  In the glass, there is a sophisticated balance of fruit, mineral, oak and acid.  The oak is very subtle and grounds the flavors by adding a soft vanilla bean nuttiness, like the perfect pie crust of a meringue pie.

Folktale Winery Golden Pinot Noir 2017

Medium brown brick red color. Aromas and flavors of marinated beets and sour cherries, melted chocolate toffee, mocha and toast with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a complex, long chocolate orange peels and strawberries, creme brulee, smoked nuts and hint of caramelized bacon finish with well-integrated, fine tannins. A lush, fruity, hedonistic pinot that is sure to please.
